Are you ready to make it at home as a refreshing summer drink? Then this workshop is for you. Join us to learn how to make Kombucha at home and gain the practical knowledge you need to start brewing this summer.
The Seasonal Fermentation Group from Gemeinschaftsgarten Landhof is delighted to welcome Sibylle Stoeckli for our Summer Kombucha Workshop.
This workshop will be conducted in English.
What you will receive during this 3-hour workshop:
- Kombucha skills and knowledge
general information about our bacterial friends
first and second fermentation - a starter kit
including your Kombucha mother
and all the information you need to help it thrive at home - an introduction to plant infusions from the garden

For non-members, per person: CHF 20 (invite your friends!)

Sibylle is a Swiss product designer and fermentation expert. She has travelled the world to broaden her horizons and, with ten years of experience, now leads workshops using plants to help us regain autonomy over our health.
